New & Selected Poems (Smith/Doorstop)
Most well-known for his Nottingham Resnick series of crime
books, John Harvey has had a parallel career, if in a minor key, as a poet and
for several years published other poets under his Slow Dancer imprint. With his
third and final collection, Out of Silence: new and selected poems he signs off
by revisiting his poetry over the decades and reading new material for the
first time. John Harvey will be introduced and in discussion with his publisher,
Peter Sansom, from Smith/Doorstop, editor of The North.
